Assessment

On the Assessment step you record:
  • confirmation that patient consent was obtained outside of the procedure room
  • any known High Risk Issues. If any Issues have been recorded as part of the Vetting steps, details will be carried forward for review and confirmation
  • confirm that it is OK to proceed with the procedure
  
 

If consent was not obtained outside the procedure room, a reason must be recorded.
