Attaching Referral Documentation

Referral Letters and other related documentation can be attached to the Referral at the Referral or Vetting steps. 

Note: By configuration, functionality is disabled until potential server sizing considerations have been agreed.

Steps:
  • Complete the Referral information and save details.
  • To attached a document click 'Episode File Attachments' button
    
  • Add a document, click the 'Add' button
    
  • Select the Category the document relates to from the drop-down list
    
  • Click 'Select' button and search for file to be attached. Add Additional Comments if required. Click 'Save' to complete the process. Note: User will be prompted if file size is over pre-set limit, defined in System Configuration settings
   
  • To view attached document(s), click 'Download' button
