Edit Cancellation Reasons

Users with the appropriate permission now have the ability to Add / Edit / Re-order and Delete Cancellation Reasons within the system. It is not envisaged (or recommended) that this is used much once the system is working fully.
  1. Firstly, open the "scheduling Application"
  2. Select Action / Cancellation Reasons to access the feature.
  3. Select the type of Cancellation (ie cancelled by Hospital or Patient)
  4. The options for Adding, Editing, Re-Ordering and Deleting is presented
  5. To Add a new reason, click [Add]
  6. Enter the details of the Cancellation and click [OK]
  7. To Edit a reason, click [Edit] beside the reason being corrected
  8. Make the correction and click [OK]
  9. To Re-Order the list of cancellations, click [reorder]
  10. Users can then click and drag the entries into their desired position.
  11. To Delete an entry, click [Delete] next to the item being deleted.
  12. Click OK to confirm
