ERCP Performance Report

The ERCP Performance report provides a summary view of performance by Units and Endoscopists over a selected period, with the ability to drill-down to individual Endoscopists.

5	Obstructed Ducts	Total number of obstructed ducts recorded in selected period
6	Successfully Decompressed	Total number of successfully decompressed procedures in selected period
7	Not Entered	Total number of procedures recorded ‘Not Entered’ in selected period
8	Obstruction in Place	Total number of procedures recorded ‘Obstruction in Place’ in selected period
9	Other	Recorded text relating to procedure

Detailed per Endoscopist of Total Procedures

5	List Type	Service (Planned) or Training List Type
6	Referral Source	Source of referral (e.g. Day case, In-patient)
7	Therapeutics	Identifies that the procedure was Therapeutic
8	Procedure Result	Confirmation of Success or not
9	Failure Reason	Recorded failure reason for procedure
10	Obstructed Ducts	Confirmation of obstructed ducts – Yes / No
11	Successful Decompression	Confirmation of successful decompression – Yes / No
12	Not Entered	Confirmation – Yes / No
13	Obstruction in Place	Confirmation – Yes / No
14	Other	Recorded text relating to procedure
15	Reason	Recorded text relating to procedure
16	National Identifier	National patient identifier (e.g. NHS or CHI Number)
