Panels

EMS uses Panels to display various lists of patients, the content and purpose of each panel is described in this section.

This page provides some general information on the use of the panels.

PAGING
A panel shows a page of patients (50 patients per Page).

At the bottom left you can use the buttons to move through the pages in the panel.

Bottom right shows the number of pages in the panel.

FILTERING PATIENTS
At the top of each column you will see a filter icon, to filter the data shown in the panel simply click the filter icon, the following will appear.

The filter shows a list of all the unique values in the selected column on the current page only check a box next to a value and the panel will automatically filter for that value.

Alternatively, type a value into the box below "Is equal to" and click the Filter button, the panel will now apply the filter across all pages rather than just the current page. To close the filter popup simply click outside the popup window, or click the  top right of the window.

The icon at the top of the column changes colour to show that there is a filter in place.

To remove a filter click the icon and then click the Clear Filter button. You can combine filters on multiple columns, so you could filter by for example date and procedure type.

REFRESHING DATA

To improve performance of EMS the panels do not automatically refresh their data, click the manual refresh button top right of the panel to refresh the data shown. An indicator shows the viewer when this last happened.
