Creating a Notice

The Notice panel enables users with the appropriate permission to view, create and amend system notices. 

Notice Panel
 

Create Notice
  • Click Admin to proceed to admin functions
  • Click New to create a new Notice, pop up will appear
 
  • Title - this is the Notice title
  • Issued By - populated with creator's name and job title for reference
  • Display From / Until - enables user to set time frame for notice
  • Content - message information displayed to users 
  • Preview - user have ability to preview message
  • Save - message will become active depending on time frame set
  • Cancel - disregards changes

Edit / Delete Notice

From within the Admin mode, a user can edit or delete a notice by clicking on the Edit button.
