OVERVIEW
For most users a desktop shortcut is used to allow access to MEDILIOGIK EMS software. On occasion the shortcut might disappear. This can happen for any number of reasons but there is nothing serious to concern your self with.

MEDILOGIK EMS is not like traditional software. It is NOT installed on your PC. MEDILOGIK EMS is in fact similar to a website.

WHAT CAN HAPPEN?
Updates or changes to the PC software may cause changes to the desktop shortcuts or it may be that a  genuine mistake has been made.

WHAT TO DO
In the same way that you can go to any internet connected device and call up your favourite websites by typing in the web address (or URL) there is a specific URL for the instance of MEDILOGIK EMS within your organisation. You should speak to your System Administrator
