Report Drilldown

Some reports support drill down, that is you can click on data items and it will drill down to show you further data. When a data item is underlined it means it has drill down and you can click on it to drill down.

In the List Capacity Summary Report example below, you can see the Overall and Available data items are underlined.

Clicking on an item shows a further report, in this case a day view for the selected week:

Once you have drilled down you can go back to the previous report by using the blue arrows on the report viewer tool bar to take you back and move you forward, some reports may have more than one drill level.
