Summary of Procedures with Multiple Filters

The Summary of Procedures with Multiple Filters report provides a detailed list of all procedures by referral and appointment type over a selected period.

Name of Endoscopist

Role in the procedure (e.g. Endoscopist, Trainee Endoscopist, Nurse Endoscopist)

Site where the procedure was performed

Room in which procedure was performed

Procedure Type

Procedure performed (e.g. Colonoscopy)

5

Procedure Date

Date when procedure was performed

6

Patient Category

Identifies the type of patient from the referral (e.g. NHS/Private)

7

Patient Management

Identifies the classification of the patient from the referral (e.g. Day Case, Inpatient)

8

Appointment Type

Identifies the Appointment Type recorded for the patient from the referral (e.g. Routine, Urgent)

9

List Type

Service (Planned) or Training List Type

10

Referral Source

Source of referral (e.g. Day case, In-patient)

Referral Reasons

The selected referral reason (s) that the procedure was performed
