The Calendar shows the available sessions that have been configured, by room, session (AM,PM,Eve) and date. Each cell denotes the current number of points available within that session, the colours denote how the session relates to search criteria of the selected episode.

The patient's calculated Breach Date is displayed on screen and the calendar will default to the week in which the Breach Date falls. 

Note:  The Breach Date is calculated from the date of referral and is based on the specific source of referral (Appointment Types).

To book a session click in the cell (see Booking a Session for further details)

	The configuration of the session matches the requirements of the selected episode.
	The room and endoscopist are capable of performing the procedure, but the session has not been configured for this procedure type.
	The room and/or endoscopist are not able to perform this procedure based on their settings in EMS.
	The session is being used for a non EMS Procedures.
	Highlights the breach date for the selected episode, clicking the breach date will take the calendar to that date.
	A blank cell denotes that there are no sessions configured for that day
