When you are in a patient record, you will see the patient banner at the top of the screen, this provides all the patient identifier information.
Click the expander icon to see the full contact details (click again to hide).
NOTE: Although there is an item marked as "Allergy", the values in this field are only populated via a suitable interface from the PAS system. In some cases, the patient may have a known allergy but this may not be populated into EMS via the interface.
