Booking Invitation Letters

The Booking Invitations panel allows you to view episodes that require letters to be sent or to show those episodes where a particular letter type has been sent.

You can then use the buttons against each episode to re-send a specific letter.

The Booking Invitation Status allows you to select the status you are interested in, these are explained below:

Status	Meaning
All	Show all episodes regardless of the letter status
All letters required	Show episodes where all letter types are required
Invite Letter Required	Show episodes where an Invite letter needs to be sent
Invite Letter Sent	Show episodes where an Invite letter has been sent
Reminder Letter Required	Show episodes where a Reminder Letter needs to be sent
Reminder Letter Sent	Show episodes where a Reminder Letter has been sent
Rejection Letter Required	Show episodes where a rejection letter needs to be sent
Rejection Letter Sent	Show episodes where a rejection letter has been sent

NOTE: A System Configuration setting should be enabled provides functionality to create Letters. The creation of letters within EMS is not used by all customers.
