Call In Times

Call In Times are configured from the Action Menu:

 


The Call In Times relates to the amount of time prior to the procedure start time. Invitation Letters can be configured to include the appropriate Call in Time. 

For example, a request would be made for the patient to arrive 45 minutes prior to the scheduled procedure start time for a Flexible Sigmoidoscopy procedure to allow time for an enema to be administered. 

Note: This is an organisational setting and therefore applied to all sites. 

A preset table is initially available to the organisation listing available procedure types and default times. 

 

Editing Call in Times
  • Type in desired time in the Minutes column
  • Click Save button to confirm changes
Calls in Times are used on Appointment Letters and also displayed on Daily List panel. 

Create Call In Times
  • Click Add to create a new option
  • Type in the desired Name and associate the appropriate procedure from the drop down list
  • Type in desired Minutes value
  • Click Save to confirm changes
