Cancel Episode

If a patient wants to reschedule or cancel a procedure, the user can do this from within the patient's episode prior to the date.

Find the correct patient episode and using the Care Pathway steps, select Scheduling. 

Using the Cancel button, follow the on screen pop up and ensure Rescheduling required is selected to enable the procedure to be re-booked. See Cancel Appointment for further details.
