Cancellations

The Cancellations panel shows all episodes which have been cancelled.

Users can filter the panel by:

Sites
Cancellation type (Appointment Cancellation, Episode Cancellation, Rejected Referral)
Status of the cancellation (i.e. has it been reviewed or not)

REVIEW / ACTION

By clicking on the Review / Action button, the user will be presented with a pop-up providing the Cancellation Details. From this it is possible to produce a cancellation letter and record that the review process has been completed.

It is possible to reinstate the episode providing that the episode was not scheduled and no subsequent episodes / appointments have been made by clicking the Reinstate button.

To generate a cancellation letter, click the Letters button, select the required letter template, intended recipient, number of copies required.

After printing the letter (s) click the Complete button to confirm the cancellation has been reviewed and actioned.

If an episode was reinstated and no subsequent episodes/appointments have been made for this patient it is possible to Revert the Reinstatement (i.e cancel the episode again) by clicking the Revert Reinstatement button.
