Locked Episodes

The Locked Episode panel allows users with the correct permissions to remove a "lock" on an episode pathway step. EMS should automatically clear locks but this panel is provided in case a lock has not cleared. 

Simply locate the lock in the list and click the Clear button to remove the lock. The person who then requires access to that step can go to the step and get the lock. If the original user tries to save their record they will be told that they have lost the lock.
