Phrase Book

In an effort to save users some time when writing comments in their reports a new "Phrases" function has been introduced. The aim of the phrasebook is to make regularly used phrases available to the users. These phrases are created manually and can be called up at any time.

Note: there is no spell check facility within the feature.

HOW TO USE PHRASES
1. When completing a report, observe the new "Phrases" button
2. Click the Phrases button to access the dialogue window.

3. The following describes the function of each of the buttons.

DESCRIPTION OF OPTIONS
New - Create a new Phrase
Edit - Change an existing phrase
Delete - Remove and existing phrase
Insert - Insert the selected phrase into the report comments
Close - Close the phrase dialogue and do nothing

HOW TO CREATE A NEW PHRASE
Click NEW.
Enter a title for the phrase
Enter the text for the phrase
Click ADD to save the text

HOW TO USE A PHRASE
In the report screen, Click the Phrase button
Click the report title on the left
Click INSERT to add the text to your report.
