Outstanding Nurse Patient Comfort Scores

The Outstanding Nurse Patient Comfort Score panel provides information relating to episodes where the comfort scores have not been recorded for the Recovery step in the pathway.

Selecting an episode from this panel will open the screen at the Recovery step in the pathway. Users can then complete the mandatory values and click Save. This will update the episode and the entry will be removed from the panel.

WHAT TO DO
Log in to EMS
Select HOME / PANELS / OUTSTANDING NURSE PATIENT COMFORT SCORES.
Observe the episodes shown and the number of missing results.

Click on the appropriate entry to select it.
Complete the mandatory values for the episode.
Click Save
